We provide vocational education in a variety of fields: technology, construction and transport, service industries, social and healthcare, preparatory (TUVA) education as well as natural resources. In addition, we provide liberal adult education. We have five campuses located in Central Ostrobothnia: Kokkola, Kannus, Kaustinen, Kälviä and Perho. Annually we educate approximately 5000 students.
Kpedu currently employs around 400 staff, of which 87% have permanent contracts. More than half of the staff belong to the teaching personnel and the remainder work in administrative and support positions, projects as well as food- and property maintenance tasks.
